Shipping Policy

Fast Shipping

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Expedited orders ship within 1 business day. If we anticipate a shipping delay, there will be a disclaimer on the product page of affect items. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

No-Rush Shipping: We feature FREE No-Rush shipping for all orders over $99.99 (does this include tax) within the contiguous United States. For orders under $99.99, we offer $5 No-Rush Shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping times may be up to 9 business days in duration depending on the distance, carrier and items purchased.

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes between 3-5 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable. Standard shipping cost are quoted during checkout.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited Shipping option are available for additional fee during checkout. These orders ship within one business day. If you order on a Friday after 3 p.m. CT and purchase and expedited shipping option you order will not go out until the following business day (holidays excluded in our business days).

PLEASE NOTE: Some expedited orders may or may not deliver on weekends. Fed Ex Ground delivers on Saturdays (not Sundays) in most areas, but delivery is not available in all areas.

rETURNPolicy

We want you to have the best experience possible with our company. We are committed to helping you through any process.

Need to make a return

  • Simply log in to your account, select the order that contains the item you would like to return, and follow the steps to generate your RMA form.

  • We will provide a traceable Fed Ex insured label for a $10 flat rate fee. Print and attach the label to the outside of your package and make sure your barcode is not distorted in any way. (Boots/Shoes must be returned in original box with no damage in order to receive your refund).

  • Drop your package off at any Fed Ex location or drop box. Find the nearest Fed Ex Service/Drop Box nearest you at https://www.fedex.com/locate/index.html?locale=en_US#start           

 

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your order and notify you via email. Processing time can take up to 3-5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All Clearance sales are FINAL. We cannot accept returns on clearance, special orders, or customized items. We do not refund original shipping costs on returned orders.

Return Packaging

If your return item includes a shoe box, please DO NOT use that box as the shipping packaging. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in a marked or damaged shoe box(s) may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Simply return your original item(s) and place a new order. We will ship your new order immediately, reducing wait time for replacement items. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit (it may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank).
